By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information about yourself. One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not create an account on someone else's behalf.

Your content

What you write and the photos you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them inside the app so that other members can see them — nothing more. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not license it to anyone else.

How to behave

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. In short: be a decent neighbour, do not harass anyone, and do not use the app to sell things or collect people's data.

What we can do

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why. You can stop using Araujo Connect at any time by deleting your account.

The app is provided as it is

Araujo Connect is offered free of charge and without warranty of any kind. We do not verify members' identities or vet who they say they are — use the same judgement you would use meeting anyone new. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, or from your dealings with other members.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
